Biography

Andrea got her start in the trade in 2006 through the Pipe Trades Pre-Apprenticeship Training program at Camosun College in Victoria, British Columbia, going on to work for a large mechanical contractor on Vancouver Island and experiencing work in commercial, residential, and service aspects of both the plumbing and gas trades.

In 2018 Andrea made the shift to instructing, teaching both Pipe Trades and Women in Trades programs at Camosun College.

Andrea is committed to being an advocate for women and other underrepresented groups in the trades both at the college and in the community.
