Biography

Amber Glennon is a proud mom, lifelong Laborer, and passionate advocate for women and union members across the construction industry. As a graduate of the LIUNA apprenticeship program, she leads by example—showing her daughter and others what’s possible through hard work, perseverance, and union solidarity.

A dedicated activist, Amber has played a key role in building the Laborers Local 252 Women’s Committee, helping create meaningful pathways for women to enter, grow, and thrive in the trades. In her current role as a Construction Marketing Representative with Northwest Laborers' and Employers' Cooperation Fund, she champions union labor, workforce development, and a strong, skilled, and diverse construction workforce.

Amber is driven by a deep commitment to advancing the labor movement, lifting up women in the trades, and fighting for a future where every worker has a voice, opportunity, and a seat at the table.
